We deliver orders by POST NL. Orders placed before 3 p.m. are processed the same day. At 5 p.m. the parcel is received by POST NL and then the delivery time is the responsibility of Post NL and the recipient's instructions. Usually in the Netherlands the parcel is delivered the next day.

Returns and exchanges

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving the package.
